The successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to the company’s Human Resources team and be able to acquire exposure and experience within the many disciplines of their particular field of study. In addition, the incumbent will be an essential part of a constant learning and dynamic work environment. The internship also allows the successful intern to get a real-world understanding of the work place and interact with both external and internal stakeholders.

Who should apply?

Only candidates who possess the following credentials and skills are considered eligible to apply for the internship:
  • Must have a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or any equivalent field of study
  • Acquired at least a 60% grade point average on modules
  • Must have zero to no more than two (2) years of work experience
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Knows how to operate a computer
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of delivering quality results even under pressure
  • Never misses a deadline
  • Possesses a can-do attitude
  • Great attention to details
